Your Voice of Choice for 50+ Maturing Adults

Featuring "Sizzlin' Seniors" Television Programming

****************************

"Sizzlin' Seniors" Completes 4th Year of Television Programming in Dallas, Texas Metroplex.

*********************************

Who are We and What Do We do?

Our 5 time Award winning programming is recognized for exceeding industry standards in communications and production skills. "Sizzlin' Seniors" television is produced for the 50+ set covering many issues this past year that effected us all.

Our infotainment programming fills the gap in communications for private, government and non-profit corporations, answering questions seniors or family members may have and raising awareness of the organizations that can help when we have an issue to be resolved in our own families or homes. We are currently produced with all volunteers and well-informed professionals who are clothed with authority. They bring information that can be applied immediately to situations to obtain healthy, active and productive lifestyles for seniors 50+ and their parents as they age. Further, we feature other vintage folks as examples and who have made a commitment to continue to maintain this lifestyle.

Where Can You Tune-in "SIZZLIN' SENIORS?"

In 2001, we produced 20+ shows which were shown on Channel A-14, Time Warner in Richards and Plano, Texas at 12 noon and 7:00pm daily; DCTV, Channel 15B in Dallas, Texas at 6pm Mondays, 8:30am and 3pm Thursdays and Sundays 7:30pm; In Garland, Texas, Time Warner, Channel 75 on Wednesdays at 9pm. We are working to take our show statewide and then nationwide in the very near future.

Volunteer Center Assists Prime Time Productions

Because of the tremendous cost to produce a Model show nationwide for seniors, we are still submitting grants to help us so more people can benefit from our informative programming.

In November, we contacted the Volunteer Center of Plano, Texas and ask for help to find a researcher for our grant submissions. Since we are a non-profit organization, the Volunteer Center placed an ad in the local newspaper and a young mother who had studied grant writing answered our ad. Because of Lonette Lock's volunteer spirit, we have been able to submit 5 grants in November. Many thanks to Lorraine Mattis, Director of the Volunteer Center and to Lonette Lock and Terri Baines for their dedicated work. You all have been a blessing to the 50+ population we serve.

Hold Placed on Cross-media for Radio and State Television

Due to the war on terrorism in our country today, many advertisers have pulled back their advertising dollars. It was reported in the December 2001 issue of "Advertising Age" that ad watchers say rebound may be as far away as 2003. The magazine stated, "The consensus is that the economy will begin to recover in mid-2002, but advertising's rebound is unlikely until 2003." This picture changed Prime Time Production's goals for a cross-media radio show and finding advertisers for broadcasting statewide in the immediate future. However, we will continue with our plans for the website construction.

Prime Time Production's Website to be On-line by Middle of January 2002

Thanks to The Area Agency on Aging for North Central Texas, The AT&T Foundation, The Alzheimer's Association and The PIE organization, we will have our website www.sizzlin.org on-line by the middle of January 2002. Watch for our fundraiser on-line too.

Our website will have our Quarterly Newsletter to keep you abreast of what Prime Time Productions is doing to eventually reach all the 50+ market locally, statewide and nationwide. We will have articles written by our talented reporters, Joseph Godat, M. D. on health issues; Alex Burton, television and radio personality with his unusual commentary; Bill Quinn, Financial Planner telling us what we need to do with our money in this current economy; and Mike Durkin, Field Coordinator for NOW Career Center who just might be able to direct you to a job if you want one.

We will also have a survey for you to fill out and return to us to help cover the things you are concerned with in your daily lives. If you return it to us, we will give you a FREE "Sizzlin' Seniors" tee-shirt. We will also have a page of local senior website connections to help you.

The Alzheimer's Association Joins Hands for a Fundraiser with Prime Time Productions

With our fundraiser we will give back to the community through The Alzheimer's Research program. When we learned the advertisers had pulled back on advertising dollars, we decided that we would have to raise the money ourselves to further produce this show for everyone in the state and nation to see it. We are talking about 78 million of us nationally with approximately 2 million in Dallas, Texas metroplex alone. On community television we are reaching only 1 million seniors 50+. Many of you say you cannot even get the cable channels we are now on and that is our concern.

***************************************

Alzheimer's Disease Update

It was reported by the Alzheimer's Disease Research program that researchers funded by them have made breakthrough discovery that may signal the end of Alzheimer's reign of terror. Armed with knowledge, they are on the brink of putting an end to this deadly scourge, if they can get the funding to move ahead at full speed now.

Once again, the good news is our website (www.sizzlinsen.org) fundraiser will not only benefit our model project to move ahead to reach more seniors 50+ with our TV programming, but will also benefit The Alzheimer's Association's Research program. So everyone will want to buy our products because when you purchase our "Making Memories Live" albums, for each album sold $1.00 will be given to the research program.

Why Programming for Seniors 50+?

We feel although senior programming is a new idea for a rapidly growing market, the time is right for seniors to have a show geared just for them and hosted by one of them. Children have "Barney"; Teenagers have "Ed"; Wives have "Oprah"; Husbands have "Sports Talk" and vintage Americans deserve their own television show too. Prime Time Productions has named this show "Sizzlin' Seniors."

We hope you will agree and help us bring this programming to all 50+ Americans state and nationwide by purchasing our fundraising product, "Making Memories Live" albums. You can order them on-line here on this website or call 1-800-955-9080 to place your order via phone.

My Community Speaking Engagements During the 4th Quarter

I was invited to emcee the Junior League of Plano's "Hip, Hip for Gray" affair at Collin Creek Shopping Center in Plano, Texas.

I was also asked to speak at the Christ Community Church in Dallas, Texas in October. Participating in both these events helps to keep "Sizzlin' Seniors" television programming need and awareness level up before the public.

The Senior Spotlight is on You for the 4th Quarter

Paul Zobish, Editor of "Senior News Source" in Dallas, Texas

In October 2001, the Dallas Chapter of OWL (Older Women's League) held a special meeting to both celebrate their 5th year of doing business and to give a special award to Paul Zobish, Editor and Publisher of "The Senior News Source." Paul has rendered a very important service in the dissemination of news and activities related to the causes of women and their collective and individual involvement's in matters relating to families. Paul Zobish's contributions stand out in stark contrast against the mass of silence and act of ignoring such needs, as practiced by the remainder of the local media.

Congratulations Paul, you are a Class A act in our book.
